The fourth film in this season is "Labāk nezīmē!" (Better not to draw!) directed by Toms Upītis. It depicts the cat-and-mouse activities of Latvia's graffiti artists and those trying to catch them for their illegal expessions of creativity. The film draws on considerable archival materials to give a fascinating overview of an activity that – whether you like it or not – has been part of Latvia's cultural and urban landscape for decades.
