By force and deception, Russia has been kidnapping children from Ukraine since the war began. At least 20,000 Ukrainian children have been moved to Russia, according to official figures.
With the help of organizations and volunteers, several hundred have managed to be brought back. But still thousands of children are in the land of aggressor with no hope of returning home.
