The United States embassy in Rīga uploaded a special video to its YouTube channel.
The United Kingdom's embassy also had a video, with ambassador to Latvia Keith Shannon giving a brief history lesson, along with the UK's other Baltic ambassadors.

Meanwhile the French embassy noted its participation in a flower-laying ceremony at the Freedom Monument.
