Just under a fifth, or 16.3% of those surveyed are more satisfied than disappointed with their election choice in October 2022.
Relatively more disappointed voters are among the electorate of those political forces currently in the government coalition. Namely, 45% of those who voted for the Progressives party are feeling more disappointment than satisfaction. Only 11% of the Progressives electorate are more pleased than disappointed with their choices.
Among voters for the New Unity and the Union of Greens and Farmers, the proportion of more disappointed than satisfied is 41%.
Among current opposition parties or their associations, the United List has the most disappointed voters - 37% of respondents. Only 14% of United List voters feel more satisfaction than disappointment.
Among the political associations represented in the Saeima, the electorates of the opposition parties Latvia First and For Stability!, as well as the National Alliance, are the most satisfied.
The survey took place between December 2 and 11, 2023, surveying 569 Latvian citizens who participated in the Saeima elections in October 2022.
