For Development/For proposes Pabriks for the position of defense minister, Puce for environmental protection and regional development minister and Viņķele for health minister.
For Development/For co-chairman Pūce believes that Pabriks’ previous job experience as minister of foreign affairs and defense makes him a good candidate for defense minister and vice-premier. Pabriks would be able to “successfully introduce a comprehensive defense system in Latvia, coordinating the work of various institutions and cooperation between the public and private sector”.
As the environmental protection and regional development minister, Puce would make sure that by the next municipal elections Latvia has larger and stronger municipalities and a modern circular economy, representatives of For Development/For said.
Viņķele, meanwhile, plans to push ahead with reforms in the health sector to provide access to health care services for everyone and reduce inequality, said Spaliņa.

Kariņš also proposes to establish a special assignments minister in demographic issues, while the justice and defense ministers would also serve as vice prime ministers.
The politician would like the New Unity to chair the Finance Ministry and the Foreign Ministry. He also said that incumbent Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs (New Unity) could remain in his position.
For Development/For could be offered the Defense Ministry, the Environment Protection and Regional Development Ministry as well as the Health Ministry.
