Published by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA), the Latvian Foreign and Security Policy Yearbook 2023 "aims to examine and evaluate various spheres of Latvia’s foreign and security policy. It looks at what has been achieved in 2022 and draws up development scenarios for 2023, informing the public and offering recommendations to Latvian policymakers."
Appropriately, this year's edition comes with a Ukrainian-themed cover image.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia and the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia. In cooperation with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
You can download the yearbook in either Latvian or English (or even both, if you're in the mood) at the LIIA website here: https://www.liia.lv/en/publications/latvian-foreign-and-security-policy-yearbook-2023-1047
