President Egils Levits presented Latvia's highest state awards - the Order of Three Stars, the Order of Viesturs and the Cross of Merit - in a solemn ceremony which you can watch in its entirety above.
In all 104 individuals received awards this time around. Another major round of award presentations also takes place on Noveber 18, Latvia's independence day.
