The Ministry of Defense said that no such messages are sent by the authorities. However, on Wednesday, September 7, and Thursday, September 8, residents are being sent texts of action in emergency situations. It takes place during military exercises to test the notification system.
The Defense Ministry asks those receiving fake texts to alert the National Armed Forces on social media.
