The KNAB started criminal proceedings on October 24, 2022.
The information at the disposal of the KNAB regards the alleged bribery of officials of the municipality of Ropaži, which has been implemented by a natural person in the interests of a legal person, as well as the support of bribery.
The aim of the alleged bribery was the victory of the legal person in public procurements conducted by the local government between 2021 and the beginning of criminal proceedings.
The KNAB is continuing its pre-trial investigation. Further information on criminal proceedings will be provided by KNAB as soon as this does not interfere with the interests of the investigation.
