As previously reported by LSM, on July 6 the Latvia State Radio and Television Center (LVRTC) said it had come under sustained cyber-attack.
In the end the attack lasted "more than twelve hours" but was "completely repelled" Thursday morning and all services restored, the LVRTC tweeted.

The head of the Rīga-based NATO Strategic Communications Center of Excellence, Jānis Sārts, said Latvian institutions have been under "intense Russian cyber atack" for more than a month, but had coped well with the threat.
For more than a month Latvia has been under intense Russia's cyber attack from multiple vectors. It has gone very much under the radar because Latvia's cyber infrastructure has shown remarkable resilience in face of the adversary! Hat off to the cyber defenders!
