Due to the coronavirus pandemic, an online format will be used with moderators and a few key speakers located at the Latvian National Library (LNB) in Rīga leading virtual discussions with participants around the world.

This year is the fifteenth year of the annual Rīga Conference organised jointly by the Latvian Transatlantic Organisation, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Rīga Conference 2020 willl take place on November 12-13.
Speakers include all three Baltic presidents.
