The largest flood risk exists for those living in Lucavsala, Vecdaugava, Dārziņi, and near Lake Ķīšezers and Jugla, the police said.
If the situation deteriorates, police call on residents to report it immediately on the phone 110 so that authorities can evacuate residents of flooded areas.
