The National Health Service (NVD) said Latvia's hospitals have 309 patients being treated for coronavirus symptoms at the moment (down on 313 the previous day), of whom 294 are displaying moderate symptoms while 15 have serious symptoms (up from 12 the previous day).

On November 10, Estonia reported 128 new cases of coronavirus, and Lithuania reported 1,109 cases.
On November 9, the 14-day cumulative number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 of population was 178.0 in Latvia, 519.5 in Lithuania and 129.4 in Estonia, according to data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

All arrivals (including returnees) need to fill in an electronic declaration prior to coming to Latvia. It is available at the website covidpass.lv.
