2,312 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported, but the proportion of positive tests has increased to 14%.
The number of patients in hospitals decreased by 0.6%.
During the previous week, the number of cases of Covid-19 has decreased in all regions of Latvia. A slight increase in Covid-19 cases is observed in the age group from 10 to 19 years.
The situation is stabilizing in the EU and there is no longer a reduction in morbidity. In Latvia, the incidence of Covid-19 is below the EU average.
