6,106 persons were vaccinated against Covid-19 on Thursday, according to the National Health Service (NVD).

Of the 6,106 people vaccinated against Covid-19 on Thursday, 1,872 received their first vaccine doses, 1,992 received second doses and 2,237 people were inoculated with the singe-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Five persons also received a booster shot on Thursday.

This data can still change as many vaccination institutions report their vaccination data with some delay.

So far this week, the average daily number of vaccinated persons has reached 6,511, which is 755 more persons per day than last week.

So far, 45.27 percent of Latvian residents have completed the immunization process. However, 51.5 percent of Latvian residents over the age of 12 have completed the immunization process.
