Criminal procedural activities were performed on October 13 and 14 in a total of five facilities related to one company in Rīga and elsewhere in Latvia.
The VDD has commenced criminal proceedings in accordance with a possible indirect transfer of property to a party involved in an armed conflict taking place outside Latvia, the activities of which are directed against the territorial integrity of Ukraine (Section 77.2 of the Criminal Law).
VDD has removed large quantities of media and documents as well as samples of the company's production. Cash in the amount of more than half a million euros has been found in objects related to the company.
