In May airBaltic flew 32,307 passengers to and from Estonia, compared to 21,930 last year.
In April the airline posted a 64% increase in passenger numbers, becoming the most popular airline in the neighboring country. The company served 28,474 passengers in Estonia last month.
Estonia's Nordica, which appeared following the bankruptcy of Estonian Air, flew 2% fewer passengers than airBaltic in May.
airBaltic plans to operate a total of 11 direct routes from Vilnius and Tallinn combined with transfers in Rīga.
