Vice Admiral James Foggo, Commander of the 6th Fleet of the US Navy, has seen the demonstrative maneuvers of Russian planes in the Baltics in person. However, he thinks their activities show that Russia is itself worried.
Speaking to Latvian Television's Imants Frederiks-Ozols during the commander's official visit in Latvia, James Foggo was outspoken over international action in Libya, which is still very unstable, and said that the solution to the refugee crisis lies in restoring peace and order in Libya and Syria.
