Satisfaction with standard of living at all-time high

According to the latest SKDS survey, July saw the highest ever percentage of Latvian residents satisfied with their standard of living.

Persons were asked to rate from one to ten how satisfied they are with their lives at the moment, with one being ''completely dissatisfied'' and ten being ''completely satisfied''.

According to the survey, the average satisfaction level in Latvia is 6.97 at the moment, which is 0.06 more then the previous year and also the highest in recorded history.

The lowest ever satisfaction level was recorded during the height of the economic crisis in 2009 - 5.55.
