Light park in Ieriķi
Every year, the nature park near Ieriķi Windmill (Ieriķu dzirnavas) is lit up by lanterns, candles, torches, creating a magic atmosphere and prompting unique photoshoots. The first event this year takes place Saturday, October 31, starting 17:30. Costumes, candles, and mugs for hot drinks welcome.

MINOX Innovation exhibit
October 30-31, the 8th International Invention and Innovation Exhibition MINOX 2020 will take place in Jelgava and in Riga, as well as online.
In the “MINOX” exhibition, everyone can see latest inventions and innovative solutions, meet their authors in person, and participate in various activities. Individual inventors, leading research institutes and universities, innovative companies, as well as young people and pupils demonstrate their projects.

Latvian Architecture Award 2020
This week Rīga marked Architecture Week, and Latvia's annual Architecture award ceremony will take place October 30, at 19:00. The award ceremony will be streamed live on Facebook.
