While Latvia was celebrating its 96th birthday Tuesday, Latvian and allied forces kept the constant vigil over the skies and waters of the national territory, where the Russian navy's Viktor Koneckiy was back on the edge of Latvia's borderlines in the Baltic sea and another of Russia's IL-20 jets buzzed along the edge of Latvian airspace over the Baltic, the NBS tweeted Wednesday.
