Over the next eight nights, the air temperature will be below zero, the biggest frost is expected on May 5 and 6 when the thermometer bar could fall to -6 C and even lower temperatures are possible on the surface.
On some nights of this week, negative air temperatures are possible for ten hours, from evening to morning. Wind is also expected, and this can increase the devastating effects of the cold on plants. Plants that are usually resistant to spring frost may also suffer.
Rain and snow are expected to be small and short-term in the coming days, the sun will often shine, and the wind will blow slowly from the north.
Air temperatures will gradually rise next week, reaching +20 C in the second half of the week.
