Gusty southwesterly winds will blow in Latvia from Thursday to Saturday, bringing warmer and wetter air. Clouds will still be plentiful and the sun will only shine through sometimes. Some temporary rain is expected in many places on Saturday.
The air temperature will reach +8 C to +14 C but it will be cooler on the western coast of Kurzeme at +5 to +7 C. Warmest weather - up to +13, +14 C – is expected in Kurzeme, Zemgale, and Rīga.
Winds will turn in from the northwest on Sunday and get cooler. The sky will often be clouded, small rainfall is expected at times, and temperatures will be -3 C to +3 C at night in the first half of the next week and +1 C to +8 C during the days.
