Yellow is the second level of the four-level warning system and means "potential danger".
"At night, a precipitation zone will reach the territory of the country from the southwest, which will bring heavy rain with a precipitation amount of 10-19 mm in the second half of the night and in the morning, in some areas the rain will be accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds. Showers will continue through the first half of the day as the area of precipitation moves north," said the LVĢMC.
