There will be thunderstorms at night, but they will not be too big. During the day, the sun will shine between the clouds. In the morning mainly in Kurzeme, and in the afternoon and evening across the country there will be storm clouds.
Locally, there can be strong gusts of wind and strong hail. The risk of more severe storms will be in the eastern part of Latvia.
Strong rainfall will cause temporary flooding locally.
Air temperature will drop to +13 C to +17 C at night but during the day it will reach +25 C to +30 C in the majority of the country, cooler will only be in Kurzeme.
In Rīga, too, there is a potential for a severe storm and hail. The minimum air temperature at night at around +16 C, maximum +26 C to +28 C.
