The night to Wednesday will be borderline freezing at +2..+7C with +8..+12C in the coastal regions. There's risk of frost. Daytime temperatures will reach +13..+18C.
Balmy weather is, however, to return through the rest of the week.
Farmers are likely to welcome the brief period of precipitation, however, current forecasts say it will not substantially mitigate the drought, particularly in the southern regions of the country.
