Chilly days ahead in Latvia

Weather in the coming week will be chilly, according to forecasts by LSM's weatherman Toms Bricis.

Monday will still bring sleet and rain, with the maximum air temperature at +4 C to +8 C.

On Tuesday there will be no major changes in the weather conditions, but on Wednesday night the sky will be clear, the wind will subside, frost is expected across the country and temperatures will fall to -3 C at night, while during the day temperatures will reach +5 C to +10 C.

In the second half of the week and on May holiday the weather will get warmer, in the afternoons reaching +7 C to +12 C, up to +15 C in the sun. Little rain is expected.

Weather will become significantly warmer after May 5, when air temperatures will exceed +15 C.
