Wednesday night the skies will be mostly cloudy, with occasional precipitation in all regions, mostly wet snow and sleet, with rainfall along the coast. In the latter part of the night, there will be heavy snowfall in Latgale, visibility will deteriorate and snowfall will become steadily heavier.
Winds at night will mostly slow, with the exception of the southwestern Kurzeme coast which will have gusts up to 15-18 meters per second.
As LTV weatherman Toms Bricis reports, Estonia has already been experiencing some heavy snowfall, allowing cross country ski enthusiasts to dig out their equipment at last.
