Roads in many places in Vidzeme and Latgale are slippery.
Maximum air temperature will range between +1 C and +5 C, colder in the central and eastern part of Vidzeme, as well as in the north of Latgale at 0 C to -3 C.
In Rīga the sky will be overcast with some rain and mist, air temperature will be between +1 C and +3 C.
