During the next week it'll be -9..-14 at night and -15..-18 at places; the day temperature will be -2..-7 degrees and about zero in the coastal regions.
On the weekend the temperatures will fall further with temperatures expected to hit -20 below.
According to the current forecasts, the freeze is set to go away on January 5 to January 7.
On New Year's eve the sky will be somewhat cloudy with some snow in the western regions. The air temperature will be about -9..-14 degrees and -4..-6 in the coastal regions.
