Skies will generally be clear in the first half of the week with a good deal of sunshine and only a slight chance of rain. Strong, chilly winds from the north-east, which have been a feature of recent days will gradually die down and morning mists will give way to sunny days.
Air temperatures will remain in the range +5C to +11C during the day. Nights will become colder, with morning frosts likely as the week progresses.
The pattern will continue in the second half of the week, though there could be an amount of low cloud cover and fog and moderate easterly winds.
This could be your best, last chance to enjoy the autumnal glory of Latvia's forests, so get out there and make the most of it!
