Thursday and Friday the weather will be clear with cool nights, reaching +20...+25 during the day and +7...+14 at night.
Southern and southwestern winds are to bring wet and warm air to Latvia. It'll be quite cloudy but it's not expected to rain. The temperature won't fall below +12...+17 in the night and will reach +24...+29 during the day. In the southern parts of the country temperatures can reach +30 to +32 degrees.
The ozone layer will have thinned a bit, so the intensity of the UV radiation will increase. The UV index can reach level 8 in the following days, which is quite rare for Latvia. Such radiation can cause burns on a sensitive skin within a few minutes.
This year the temperature hasn't reached +30 degrees yet. The last few years the temperature has been reached in May.
