There will be a small frost throughout Latvia until Tuesday night, when the sky will be clear and the temperature will fall to approximately -8 C.
The southwest wind will turn on Tuesday, bringing warmer air; temperatures will climb to zero and above in the afternoon, colder in the east.
On Wednesday and Thursday, the temperature will be within 0 to +4 C, with a bit of frost at night.
Over the weekend, temperatures will fall slightly.
There will be little precipitation this week, mostly only on Thursday and Sunday, both snow and rain, possibly sleet or freezing rain.
