The night to Tuesday will still be cold, air temperatures will fall to 0 C to -6 C, in many places Vidzeme and Latgale even to -12 C. Tuesday will be sunny, the wind will be slow and the temperature will be between +5 C and +9 C, a bit cooler in the east.
On Wednesday night, a small frost is still expected in part of the country, but later in the week the temperature will be mostly above zero, in the afternoons the air will warm up to +7 C to +12 C, while on Saturday in Vidzeme and Latgale the thermometer bar will reach +15 C.
There will be little rainfall throughout the week, though it will rain a little on Thursday, but on the weekend a downpour is expected.
