According to forecasts the weather in Latvia will be very warm, with historical maximum temperature records likely to be broken.
No rain is expected on Saturday or Sunday, but the south-east and east wind will increase, reaching 9-14 meters per second in gusts, the air will warm up to +21 Celsius to + 26 C, and it will be rather colder on the coast of the Gulf of Riga.
Also the nights will be warm at +12 C to + 16 C degrees.
There is a high probability that the historical record set in 1942 will be broken on Saturday, when the temperature reached +25.5 degrees on September 26, and due to the prolonged heat, the last ten days of September will become the warmest end of September since records began.
From Monday the weather will get colder, there will be more clouds and at times it will rain, so our advice is to get out there while you can.
