19 regional reading champions from all over Latvia will come to Riga, the organizers of the event said.
A live broadcast of "Reading aloud" finals will be available on LSM's Latvian language sevice.
Reading aloud competitions first take place in the classroom, then in the school or library, in regional and intermediate finals, and finally in the national final where finalists will be supported by their friends and families.
This year, seven thousand 5th and 6th grade students participated in the competition. More details can be found here.
