The Baltic states are center stage at the London Book Fair taking place in the English capital April 10-12. As well as the trade fair itself, a wide program of linked events at various locations are promoting Latvian culture and business. Guntis Rubins is Latvia's man in London as far as trade is concerned, representing the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) and as he points out, it is hoped that the London Book Fair will have an impact that goes beyond the literary into the commercial.
