The Baltic states are center stage at the London Book Fair taking place in the English capital April 10-12. As well as the trade fair itself, a wide program of linked events at various locations are promoting Latvian culture and business. LSM editor Mike Collier will bring you a series of audio reports from participants and visitors.

Literary agents play a major part in the London Book Fair, and a team of Latvia's leading literary movers and shakers conduct an endless series of meetings on the national stand promoting their writers and learning about the publishers' current appetites.
LSM managed to grab two agents (who are also writers themselves), Jade Will and Vilis Kasims to find out more about what's been going on and the way the Baltic states seem to be raising the profile of poetry in particular.
