Nora Ikstena at London Book Fair 2018
Nora Ikstena has been one of Latvia's best-known writers, both at home and abroad, for several years. But this year, the publication of her novella Soviet Milk in English from Pereine Press has enabled her to reach a far wider audience.
At the London Book Fair, she is one of the featured writers from the Baltic states, and as she tells LSM, all the extra attention she is receiving does not give her any cause for concern.
