The second semifinal of Eurovision will be attended by representatives of Latvia, Malta, Albania, Greece, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Armenia, San Marino, Georgia, Belgium, Estonia, Israel, Norway and the Netherlands.
In the semifinals, voting will begin after the last song is played.
As usual, Latvia will not be able to vote on Latvia's performance.
