"It is necessary to think about the sustainability of the country's long-term development, therefore the FICIL tactical work group of multidisciplinary experts has compiled recommendations for the state promoting competitiveness and restoring long-term economic development," a release said, adding that "by promoting comprehensive reforms, the country will become more competitive and the post-crisis economic recovery will be more successful."
The recommendations offered by FICIL cover 3 areas: human resources, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship.
