The Foreign Investors’ Council in Latvia (FICIL) is a non-governmental organisation that brings together the largest companies from various countries and sectors that have made significant investments in Latvia, as well as thirteen countries’ Chambers of Commerce in Latvia.
As usual the FICIL Sentiment Index report will be presented by Dr. Arnis Sauka, professor and Head of Centre for Sustainable Business at SSE Riga. The presentation will be followed by a discussion between policy makers and foreign investors, moderated by well-known journalist Jānis Domburs.
