Only one member of the board at RIX – Ilona Līce, now remains in her position as chairman Aldis Mūrnieks and members Olita Augustova, Andis Damlics and Raimonds Rožkalns submitted their resignations.
According to Freidenfelds’ statement to the press, “in light of ongoing differences of opinion between the RIX board and the ministry as its primary shareholder regarding certain administrative processes and the course of their implementation, the shareholder has agreed to accept the resignations of its four members as mutually agreed.”
