Latvia's parliament, the Saeima, has produced a short film designed to interest foreign start-ups in opening a business in the country.

The video outlines the basics of the so-called start-up law which it is hoped will entice entrepreneurs via several measures, including the opportunity to perform some business functions in English rather than Latvian.

You can watch the film below.

Existing start-ups including design tool Froont and school interaction program Edutio give brief impressions of their experiences so far, with English subtitles provided.

You can find out more about the start-up law from the Ministry of Economics HERE.
