As in previous years, there will be a day of 'Side Events' October 17 followed by the main discussion days on October 18-19.
According to the conference organizers (The Latvian Transatlantic Organization LATO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense), the goal of the 2024 event is to "Address current foreign policy and security issues by developing meaningful and long-term discussions among global leaders and decision-makers."
