The 'Latvian talents' series of short films from the Latvian Institute continues with another subtitled exploration of a corner of the country that you might not have seen before.

This time the location is Baldone and Arnolds Ziemelis, a man with passions for trams, the Latvian traditional instrument, the kokle, and wooden model racing cars. It may sound like an odd combination but it does make sense.
