In the video, Čerņavska criticized the Latvian Ministry of Defense and the Latvian state, which "hates us, destroys us, discriminates against us" and which has allegedly damaged "relations between Latvians and Russians".
"A state that has declared us to be occupiers, agents of the Kremlin, of Putin. It calls us racists, fascists. You want us to save this country instead of saving our children? I want to tell you that we all know what we are going to do when Russia comes, when Russian soldiers come. We know what we are going to do with the government, with the country, and definitely, f**k, we are not going to help you and we are not going to save you," Čerņavska said, using her "mother's words".
The Central Election Commission's website says that Čerņavska, a Latvian citizen, is a housewife of Polish ethnic background.
