At the extraordinary meeting, the applicants stressed that they were not satisfied with the availability of information on budget planning and the envisaged options for balancing it, raising concerns about the possibility of the municipality to provide existing support instruments to citizens.
There were also accusations of influencing the school network and inadequate internal control systems. Kārkliņa was criticized for closing schools, and making decisions without further analysis.
Kārkliņa did not comment on her criticism.
