Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) – and particularly those involving women – from around the world are being invited to register for a free online course allowing them to get to grips with the digital environment.

“Digital ABC” for non-governmental organizations is a series of masterclasses aimed at improving the digital skills of representatives of non-governmental organizations and providing a deeper insight into technologies that will be useful in everyday life.

Participation in this program will be provided free of charge to participants thanks to a grant from Google.org, and is being run by the Riga TechGirls organization, supported by the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which has put together the video below to encourage participation.

"The main target audience of the program is representatives of NGOs from all over Europe but as the language of the program will be English and it will take place entirely in a virtual environment anyone from any other regions of the world is welcome to join," says advance material.

The program will be fully online and will take place from September 18 until December 6, 2023.

More information and registration details can be found at: https://digitalabc.org/

Riga TechGirls is the only organization in Latvia focusing on educating and inspiring women and
