Riga Municipality invited residents from January 2 to 19 to participate in the selection of solutions for the second round of the Uzvaras Park project. More than 7,600 respondents completed the survey. The most votes were won by the cafe zone - 3,353; gym equipment - 1,950; greenery - 1,924.
The next amenities to win the highest number of votes are a fountain (1887), net park (1712) and water elements for children (1664), running track around the area (1587), dog walking area (1520), street basketball (1442), beach volleyball court (1137), bicycle track (1061), obstacle course (836), modular showers (691), sundial (635).
The total improvement area of Uzvaras Park for both rounds is 14 hectares.
